Commercial Window Cleaning

You don't want to be thinking about cleaning your windows while running your business. That's why we offer weekly and biweekly cleaning programs. Together we can determine what best suits your needs and budget.

For example:

  • Many of our clients in the food service industry have a us come weekly and clean the interior and exterior of all windows in the public areas. This guarantees that the windows are always clean and enhances the image of their business.

  • Other clients who have a large number of windows, car dealerships for example, often choose a biweekly exterior cleaning service with monthly or bimonthly interior cleaning as it better fits there budgets while still maintaining clean windows.

We would be happy to meet with you give you an estimate. Our minimum charge is $9.00 for a weekly client and $10.00 for a biweekly client.

 

Waterfed Cleaning

Waterfed window cleaning is a revolutionary new method. Nanofilters produce ultra pure water that allows for safe and chemical free window cleaning. This option is particularly interesting to two types of customers:

  • Buildings with large amounts of glass are very expensive to clean. Our waterfed system, once setup, is much more efficient than traditional window cleaning methods which generally means we offer a much more competitive price.

  • Those concerned about chemical cleaning products have had few options in the past. While we only use industry standard cleaning products that are non-toxic when cleaning windows our waterfed system provides an option that uses no chemical products whatsoever. This is ideal for businesses that need to maintain an organic environment or for homeowners that wish to avoid their homes, plants, pets or family coming into contact with any chemical products.

 

 

Residential Window Cleaning

Whether it's for a good spring cleaning, getting ready for the holidays or putting your best foot forward for a prospective buyer houses need their windows cleaned. We've been cleaning residential windows for nearly 30 years and we can put our experience to work on your home. One time exterior cleanings start at $149.00 which covers most average sized homes. We would be happy to come and give you a free quote.

A few notes:

  • We start cleaning homes in the first few weeks of spring and run all the way until the temperatures drop below zero.

  • Many customers have our service on a regular schedule ranging from biweekly to monthly and bimonthly. The more frequent the cleaning the lower the price we charge. The difference in cost between even a monthly cleaning and a one time cleaning can be significant.

Finally, we understand you don't want just anyone working on your home. We're a family company. We all care deeply about giving you the best service we can. Our staff is uniformed, professional and courteous. We want to earn your business for years to come.

 

Condos and Apartments

We do not offer high-rise services but we are still able to clean the windows in many condo and apartment buildings. For example, many buildings have slider windows that can be disassembled. In that case we would take the windows apart, brush and clean all the tracks, clean the glass and frames, clean the screens and reassemble them. Many companies are quick to say they're insured. We mean it and we'll prove it. Our staff is always able to produce proof of insurance upon request and certificates are available. We stand behind our work in every way.
